The school office should be notified by the parents before 10:00am if a student is to be absent that day
No student should leave the school during school hour unless accompanied by a parent/guardian who must report to the school office.

The school regulations are applicable to all Peace Trinity Academy pupils and students whether within or outside the school premises.
Students violating the rules spelt out in the manual shall be subject to disciplinary sanctions. Disciplinary measure shall be commensurate with the nature and gravity of the offense. The principal has the right to impose a heavier punishment on erring student.

Wearing the specified Peace Trinity Academy uniform is a sign of identification with the school. By wearing a uniform, student show pride in their school and exhibit respect for by dressing in a dignified manner. The uniform reduces competition in dress as a result of styles.
